This workshop Breath as medicine introduces you benefits of breathing techniques and brings you useful tools into your daily life, especially in periods of tension and changes.

Introduction

The full training Breath as Medicine is based on the 'Method of Better Breathing'. The founder, Marleen van den Hout, is known in the Netherlands as 'the Breathing Queen'. For years she studied many breathing techniques and created something great, that helped already a lot and a lot of people.
Your breathing trainer, Vladyslava Lysynenko, has also studied various breathing systems, having her first breathing practice at the age of 15. Her younger brother had a lot of health troubles due to the asthma.
To alleviate his difficulties, Vladyslava's mother mother enrolled in a breathing training course by Buteyko, a famous breathing teacher, and involved both her children in the exercises.

The benefits were visible not only in the reduction of asthmatic attacks, but also in the strengthening of their immune system.

Vladyslava is an officially-recognized trainer of the "Better Breathing Method" (Dutch: Methode Beter Ademen), and integrates this breathing system into all her training courses (including Doodling Alchemy), transformative coaching courses and retreats.

Can I join more than one introduction workshops?

Yes, it is possible. Every introduction session is almost similar, but you will hear new questions from participants and also learn from it. So it is great anyway if you decide to follow all of these introduction sessions. A good basic is a good ground to deepen your experience.

 

Is it possible to learn this technique individually?

Yes. If you prefer to follow an individual journey, please take contact about the conditions accoording to an individual coaching.
