yin-yang medicine

Discover an interaction between the essential energies Yin & Yang in your body and learn how to balance them.

Yin & Yang to empower

Perhaps you can remember situations in your life when you experienced a lot of stress and tension which you didn't know how to manage.

Probably, you kept running until you were completely exhausted and then crashed on your sofa.

Another time, you had to do a lot, but couldn't even move from your place, because it was difficult to find motivation or energy.

Discover how to find a balance between your powerful and your gentle energies, so you can enjoy your life more fully, even during challenging times.

Learn how to save your precious time for something you really love to do, by knowing how to set your balance: to activate or to relax yourself.

Your teachers Anna van Essen and Vladyslava Lisinenko will take you on this journey.

Tools we use are based on the principle of Yin and Yang:

⊕ visualisation & meditation,

⊕ breath flow (breathwork; see how it will support you in letting go of the old and creating space for the new)

What is Yin Yang?

beauty as medicine feminine masculine

Feminine energy is supposed to be Yin, receptive, gentle, intuitive, fulfilling, it is creativity, being in the flow, nurturing, listening, love, openness, empathy, and the expression of feelings.

All people have masculine and feminine energy, which has nothing to do with biology, sexuality, or gender. There are positive, bright, or mature expressions of both masculine and feminine energy, as well as immature, dark, or toxic expressions.
The immature side of feminine energy can manifest as people-pleasing, not speaking up, manipulation, or being indecisive, submissive, or unfocused.
The dark side of masculine energy manifests as being controlling, dismissive, overactive, coercive, and reckless.
the medicine, feminine masculine yin yang

Masculine energy is supposed to be Yang, active, fast, fierce, emptying, goal-oriented, focused, it is strength, mission, purpose, drive, achievement, power, logic, reason, directness, clarity, predictability, stability, thinking, task, and structure.

Shouldn't it be great and healing for us and for the whole world, if we could learn to become consciousness with the energies, are moving inside and outside us?

What if we can start learning to manage these powerful energies already now, even in the scale of our own acting and being?

This workshop gives you inspiration and guidlines to develop these natural qualities to get more fullfillment in your life.
