This training course is your Inner Journey into the wisdom of your body through natural breathing.

In this programme:
- the basics of the Method of Better Breathing (Methode Beter Ademen) as developed by its founder, Marleen van den Hout;
- my own tools, including transforming creativity and guided visualisation;
- your own research about how these breathing techniques can be applied to your intention for this course;
- inspirations arising from the individual and collective journeys we are making as a group.

About the trainer:
Vladyslava is an officially-recognized trainer of the "Better Breathing Method" (Dutch: Methode Beter Ademen), and integrates this breathing system into all her training courses (including Doodling Alchemy), transformative coaching courses and retreats.
Breath as Medicine combines this method with Vladyslava's tools.
